"Hey I wanna say thank you to Arthur Huth and staff! Arthur is amazing. To make a long story short. If it wasn’t for Arthur Huth with his complete knowledge and experience I would have been totally screwed. He took matters into his own hands when he could have said to bad that’s your rate and we can not help you because of ins policy. Arthur Huth took the time to make sure I was treated fairly after an in house discrepancy of an inexperienced worker who was supposed to get more information upon my accident I was involved in. And without going into detail, I was not at fault whatsoever. Kudos to Arthur Huth. And staff. This man worked his days off to make sure my issue was done correctly, a second time. He personally went out of his way not even knowing who I was, and make sure everything was done correctly, the second time. He was able to get my discount of no accidents For 10 years back on my insurance. And he fought for me to make sure everything was done rite like I have said before. I have been with State Farm since I’m 20 years old and I’m 56 now. I’m glad I’m with this company for so long because I know now if I have a problem with anything, I can always call State Farm insurance and be able to talk with Arthur Huth Who will tell me the truth and what can be done to make sure that I am treated fairly and know that I am in good hands with State Farm.
