"I am only giving a three star for Keisha. She is amazing!! She was patient and professional. I have requested to speak with Arthur and have not received a response from him. When I contacted the office initially I spoke with Vanessa who was rude and her tone is very unprofessional. I have been with this office for 7 years and feel when I have questions or need to deal with them there is alot of back and forth and just not very professional. I am still waiting to hear from Arthur, I am being told he is just not available."

"I cancel my car insurance a week ago and I called the companyto find out, when I would get the charge reverse. The representative who speak Spanish ,was rude end hung up on me, This the third time this has happened to me with tis employee, people light Him not suppose to talk whit customers."
